I have very fond memories of my mother churning mangoes and milk into milkshakes for my sister and I when we were kids. In India, these bundles of sweetness are often referred to as the ‘King of Fruits’ and our summer meals are loaded with a variety of delicious mangoes. Being a little more health conscious now, I have revived my passion for mango and this nutrient packed smoothie is sure to impress!


Prep time : 5 minutes

Serves 2

What’s in it ?

2 x Fresh Coconut Water or regular water

1 x Mango

1 Cup x Blueberries

1 Cup x Baby Spinach

1 x Egg

2 Tbsp. x Ground Flaxseed

1 Tbsp. x Chia Seeds

2-3 Cubes of Ice

How to ?

Blend together and serve. Good for 2.

Tip: Add the chia seeds as garnish after serving.
